Let’s Make a Faux Fur Bar Stool!

You’ll need the following:

  • Spray Paint (optional)
  • Piece of foam padding to cover the width of the seat
  • Piece of quilt batting
  • Adhesive spray (optional, but recommended)
  • Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks

Spray paint the legs any color you desire. I painted the legs of my barstool gold to accent our room’s color scheme.

Cut your foam to fit the seat portion of the stool. Use the seat’s circle shape to trace an outline to use as a guide to cut the foam. Assemble the stool as advised in the included instructions. Adhere the foam to the seat with the adhesive spray. Cover the foam and the seat with the batting using hot glue to secure it to the bottom of the seat. Measure and cut the fur to fit around the entire seat, including the bottom. Hot glue the fur securely around the entire bottom of the seat, let the glue cool and enjoy your beautiful new faux fur bar stool!
