Today’s adventure entails expressing yourself…without expressing your wallet! My favorite! As my birthday approached, I recently came across an extremely cute shirt in my news feed that read “BIRTHDAY GIRL.” I had to have it! I clicked the link to order the shirt and said “I DON’T have to have it!” (lol) It wasn’t terribly expensive, but I’m a frugal little lady and couldn’t see myself buying a $20 t-shirt to wear once a year. I’m not knocking their attire though! All of their apparel is super cute!! Check it out for yourself!
So I went scavenging for an alternative and came up with this:

Close enough, right? I already had shirts, and found these iron on letters at Walmart for $7! They also have other colors and designs like Mr.TOA’s shirt 🙂 The beauty is you can make your shirts say whatever you want!
