DIY Fruit Popsicles


Hi! Thanks for stopping by! Summer time is finally here….and it. is. H-O-T! We are predicted to reach temperatures in the 90s by the weekend! I’m sweating already! What better way to cool off than a yummy frozen treat! I found this recipe and couldn’t wait to try it. My littles LOVE popsicles…I DON’T love all of the high fructose corn syrup and dyes in them. It’s got diabetes written all over it, and that makes me nervous. They’re nice every once in a while, but not all of the time. They do love fruit, so I thought it would be nice to give it a try. For mine, I’m using the following:

Popsicle molds

Pineapple Juice

Peaches

Mangos

Strawberries

According to the recipe, you slice them up and arrange in the molds. Pour the juice just over the top of the fruit. Freeze for 6 hours (or overnight), then enjoy them! Yum!
